Quest History
How do I edit or delete a quest?
Each quest has an “Edit” button (pencil icon) and a “Delete” button (trash icon). Click “Edit” to modify the quest title, XP reward, stat boost, or completion status. Click “Delete” to permanently remove the quest from your list.
What's the difference between Active and Completed quests?
Active Quests are tasks you’re currently working on. Completed Quests are tasks you’ve finished. You can switch between these views using the tabs at the top of the Quest Management panel. You can also move quests between these statuses using the Edit feature.
How does the XP and leveling system work?
Each quest you complete earns you XP. As you accumulate XP, you level up. Each level requires more XP than the previous one. Leveling up occasionally increases your character’s stats, making you more effective at your financial independence journey.
Is my progress saved?
Yes! Your character data, quests (both active and completed), and history are automatically saved to your browser’s localStorage. This means your progress persists even if you close the browser, but it’s specific to the device and browser you’re using.
Can I create my own quests?
Absolutely! Use the “Create Custom Quest” form to add personalized financial challenges. You can set the quest title, XP reward, and which stat it boosts. Your custom quests are saved alongside the default ones and can be edited or deleted later.
