A decision matrix is a tool that helps you evaluate and prioritize a list of options based on multiple criteria. It works by assigning weights to each criterion and scores to each option, then calculating a total score to identify the best choice.
 
This technique is also known as a weighted decision matrix, prioritization matrix, or selection matrix. It’s commonly used in business decision-making, project management, and personal life choices.

1. Add Options: Enter the different choices you’re considering in the “Add Option” field.

2. Add Criteria: Enter the factors that matter for your decision in the “Add Criteria” field.

3. Set Weights: Assign importance weights to each criterion (1-5, with 5 being most important).

4. Score Options: Click on each cell to assign scores (1-10) for how well each option meets each criterion.
